LLC «Timofeev+» offers legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to participate in ongoing competitive procurement procedures for goods, works and services — specifically, in the request for proposals (RfP) procedure.
When conducting the request for proposals procedure, we reserve the right to accept any of the submitted proposals or to reject all of them. The request for proposals is a competitive non‑tender procedure. It is not governed by Articles 447–449 and 1057–1061 of the Russian Civil Code, and does not create an obligation to conclude a contract with the winning party.
Participation in the ongoing competitive procedures implies the Participant’s acceptance of their terms and conditions, as well as consent to the processing of personal data. Such processing is required solely to meet the requirements and achieve the purposes for which the personal data were submitted. This includes the Participant obtaining consents for the transfer and processing of personal data of personal data subjects, as specified in the materials submitted to participate in the request for proposals procedure.
